1. Service Description

Fittins AI provides AI-powered fashion content generation services including:

• AI image generation for fashion content
• AI video generation and animation
• Custom AI model training
• Content management and project organization
• Premium model library access

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per individual or entity
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• Account sharing is not permitted

3. Credits & Payment

• Credits are the currency used for AI generation services
• Credit costs vary based on generation type and complexity
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is active
• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at time of purchase
• Subscription plans include monthly credit allocations

4. Consumer Protection Rights

• Right to cancel a transaction within 14 days of purchase
• Right to receive clear and accurate information about services and pricing
• Right to a refund for unused credits within the cancellation period
• Right to cancel a recurring subscription at any time
• Cancellation fee of up to 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) may apply as per law

5. Content Ownership & License

• You own the content generated through our platform
• You grant Fittins AI a limited license to process and store your content

• You are responsible for content you create and share

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Generate content depicting real individuals without consent

7. Limitation of Liability

Fittins AI provides the service “as is” and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of AI-generated content. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion
• Unused credits may be forfeited upon account termination for violation

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Haifa, Israel.
