Credits pay for generations. An image costs 30-100 credits (40 at default settings), a video 80-330 credits depending on the model, length and quality, and a custom model or location 40. New accounts get 100 free credits after verifying their email, and every plan adds credits each month.

Yes. All content generated through Fittins AI belongs to you. You have full commercial rights to use, sell, and distribute your generated images and videos without attribution required.

Yes. Use Cancel on your Profile page, or choose a lower plan on the Pricing page. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your plan until then.

If you experience issues with your purchase, please submit a support request through this page. Our team will review your case and process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.

Storage usage is the actual file size of every project, custom model, custom location, and uploaded image you've created, measured after compression. Each asset card in your dashboard shows its size. Deleting an asset frees the same amount of storage it was using.

Existing projects, models, locations, and uploads stay accessible and viewable; we never delete your content automatically. However, if you're over your new plan's storage limit, new generations and uploads will be blocked until you delete enough assets to fit under the cap. You'll see a warning before confirming the downgrade.
